1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell digital products and remote technical services (systems and scripts, courses and learning files, templates, and support plans). Nothing is shipped. Products are delivered electronically through a download link, license key or access link after payment is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. The provider name may appear on your card statement. Prices are shown at checkout, may include taxes depending on your country, and may be converted to your local currency at an exchange rate set by the payment provider.

4. License and use

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell or redistribute the product, or share license keys or access links with others, unless the product page says otherwise.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel before the next renewal date and keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Disclaimer

We describe products as accurately as we can, but products are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
